Default Yamaha 30

I picked up a Yamqha 30 for $50 for my skiff project. I took a chance on it and I've thrown away 50 on other things. Yesterday I got around to doing a compression check and all 3 fired at 125 psi. Not bad at least the upper is in good shape. Bad news is the the lower unit is shot.

Need paint it and decals to clean it up

Now I need to find a lower unit the fins are broken in 2 different sections

Any ideas were to look or someone have one laying around?

I have seen miscellaneous parts at Sailorman in Ft Lauderdale but it's really hit or miss. You could call them. Boats.net and a few others online retailers sell parts if you think it's rebuildable. Lower unit seals & gears are not crazy expensive.

the lower is shot internally and the fins are broken on both sides but I have the broken pieces.

going to take it to AIM to see what they can do $ and then if its not to bad get it rebuilt.

Seems like there are not many on the market for reasonable dollars.
