Where are you located? There's a guy on another forum selling a Hermco single bracket for $2300

Fred - I think you might be kicking yourself in a few months for not grabbing the hermco. 2k (new price listed on THT) is a pretty big discount off the $2800 price and he's is closing his doors at the end of the year (see facebook page).

it is a great deal. It's too bad he won't be making them anymore.

How could I be 100% sure that the bracket would fit my seacraft? Apparently it was designed for a mako, it is true that hermco is no longer going to manufacture, but I still have some time to need the bracket and I am exploring other options, any way I'm thinking about it, only that the shipment makes it more expensive

the bracket is 13 degrees and so is your transom. Those brackets were designed for Seacrafts

Call Don and talk to him about it. I'm very happy with mine and it was considerably more than the one on THT.

Glad I got my double when I did. It is an amazing piece of boat art in my eyes. Not a better bracket out there for our hulls.
