Default How much $$$$ to restore a 73' 20SF

Can anybody give me an idea what I am looking at money wise before I go ahead with this.
I can get the boat for 5k that seems to be somewhat clean but may need a new floor.. Not sure about the transom.Has a motor on it so it may be fine..I want to to the deck and paint the hull ..no bracket keep as is.. Maybe new tank and CC console ..
Thanks in advance..

sktenor..

Had a 21 cc 1983 with splash guards wish I still had her..

Transom is not that expensive to replace, replacing a floor can be bad, especially if the stringers are bad too. Curious to hear what others say too. Love the 20SF, you picked a good one to restore!

Not an expert but i'd say 5-7k for floors, transom, tank and console.

This is a loaded question. alot depends on materials, finish quality wanted and type of resin to name just a few variables. Whatever you come up with in your head originally, double the money and triple the time. More info would be needed to give you a better idea. Are you doing the work your self or contracting out? if the transom is original plan on doing it and if your doing it you might as well raise it to 25" then you either need an extension kit for your outboard or a different engine...
