Thinking about replacing my old canvas. How well does white sunbrella hold up? Guess I'm mostly concerned mold and staining. I store the boat near oak trees now. Thanks for the input.

The oaks in my yard stain everything under them a greenish orange color every April. How close would it be to the oaks?

Check out Weblon material. You can choose different colors for top and bottom and it's not as "porous" as Sunbrella. This is my second w/light blue bottom/off-white top.

I agree with olds hool id go weln or stamoid if i wanted white for ease of cleaning.

Contrary to what most think black sunbrella has more pigment blocking the uv rays from penetrating the fiber. Lasting longer then say white.

Cut those pesky trees down.....

Of course you will need a tree removal permit from Alachua County..
Then go before the squirrel board, the scrub jay board, the gopher turtle board, and the snail darter board!
After you clear those hurdles, you will need to do mitagation on the loss of those oaks that you removed..

After everything is done with, permits, tree removal and mitagation
it should only be about 9K-10K, give or take!

East way out, go to Harbor Freight and buy a $30.00 tarp and a bucket
of bungees.. It will last about two to three years..

Problem solved!

After Wilma, we had a roof issue, and we had a nice ending. Nice new new roof.
Thanks to a nice adjuster.
