Default First trip out after all is done!!

ok so i got her out today after 9 monthes and all this work, heres my numbers

3k rpm 20 mph
4k rpm 30.7 mph
5k rpm 39.6 mph

wide open 5600 rpm 48 mph
best slow planing speed i could get was 18 mph


i need to raise the motor to the last hole up.

same exact motor set up - numbers are very close although my cruise is better - after I raised mine 1 more hole - that thing likes it high.

29@3600 - 35@4200 40@4500 - have been playing around with the nice weather - top end is close I can get maybe 50

Raise it up it will help
