Default Lightning Hockey is getting boring - Bruins

Maybe the Bruins can at least give them a game through the 2nd period next week, at least to keep my interest. I don't think the Rangers can tomorrow night but maybe they can stay close for a while but honest 5-0 5-1 early in the 2nd gets boring.

hehe

I hope a couple of the teams up nauth will step up sometime, Pitts, NJ, NY somebody, its gonna start to hurt our crowds watching a blowout every night.

So I'm hoping for Boston will keep it closer than a game with our AHL team

Hey, I thought that the only thing you used ice down there in God's waiting room was for cooling down the old hemorrhoids?

Guess the Rangers fulfilled those wishes Ehh guys? Just wait until the the Big Bad Bruins show up in town and show you what the toughest and meanest team in the NHL can accomplish.

It was a good game and the Rangers were a great match up.

You can't win them all, the Rangers played a very good game. The biggest factor was slowing down the boys in the neutral zone, they could never get any speed over the blue line. Which Torts knows would kill them and he stacked it up and they had a good forecheck all night. Just too many bungled outlet passes to get passed Torts game plan.

The lightning on the other hand - I have seen this before and knew in the 1st period, they were just a tiny bit off. Passes 6in too far or just in the skates, all too a well placed Ranger, passes for open onetimers 2 or 3 in the first - wiffed? they just didn't play like the games they dominated and they were very dominent in the other games.

finally got a rise out of the northern guys - which was the point - I am so looking forward to the Bruins, it will be a statement win rather than the Jets or somebody.
