Default 1976 23' Seacraft CC for sale

23' Seacraft for sale
2000 Yamaha EFI 2-stroke, completely rebuilt in March 2012, only about 60 hrs. on engine.
Raymarine c-120 with 24m radar, bronze thru hull, GPS
Northstar 451 GPS
VHF radio
Marine stereo with new speakers
New bilge pumps
30 gallon livewell in leaning post with recirculating and raw water feed
Custom tackle storage
Transom redone by Ocean Bird in Bristol in 2008 with scuppers redirected out of stern
Trailer has new brakes and springs, will need two new tires but still useable
New docking lights
Remote spotlight

Boat runs great, starts every time, and has always gotten me home. Anyone familiar with the engine knows she's thirsty but reliable. Looking to get a smaller, more affordable bay boat. I started cleaning her up, but decided to post the pics as she is, with a bit more elbow grease she will clean up even better. Floor is solid, no soft spots. One soft spot on the bow but the clete is reinforced from below. Has a thru floor post in place for a tuna stanchion up front, but I can't seem to locate the post. I'm going to miss "Sweet Rip"!
Asking $17,500
Boat is located in Barrington, RI

Thanks- she cruises at 22kts at 4400 rpm, drinks about 14gph. I honestly don't even know what her top speed is, never opened her up.

Anyone making a reasonable offer will be considered, really don't want to have to winterize her and cover her.
thanks
