89 20 seacraft
looking at an 89 20 seacraft. were there any specific problems with this boat that I should know about before looking to buy? Thanks guys I am new here but have admired the countless hours of work and photos. I own and older 19 seaway that I am considering gutting and redoing after this season or getting a new project.

I don't think the '89s had any specific issues. It would have been made by Tracker. The things that will tell you if it needs to be restored are soft spots in the deck, hatches, or gunwale cap, and flex in the transom. Dave

Just keep in mind that after 20 years most problems have been found and corrected...and that after 20 years the same problem that effects all boats show up. AGE
