'72 SeaCraft Restoration Revisited
After closer inspection of said boat I happen to see the rivets that attach the inner to the outer up under the decking where the rub rail attaches, my conclusion is that we aren't talking "Rocket Science" here. This will be labor intensive but not a brain teaser.
