Default yahama 250

hey all i have a question about a 2001 yammi 250 ox66. It is a efi motor that will not run up to full revs. the boat ran fine before with the motor and now it will not jump up on plane. i told my friend to check the fuel filter since all we have is lovely e-10 fuel is there any other fuel filters on the motor that he should check. any ideas greatly appricated.

Couple of things to check.
Is it overheating?
Check the VST filters and check the 02 sensor.
Also check the low pressure fuel pumps.
