Default rebuild

Looking to possibly have a 96' merc 350 mag rebuilt,Anyone know a place in Mass and roughly how much I'd be looking at?

He's out near Worcester, I personally don't do much with gas engines, but he is a big player in i/o's new, used, and remans.

I live in the Worcester area and have heard bad things about Doug Russel more than once. I,ve never dealt with them so this is just hearsay. Get it in writing!
