Default other boat question

A friend of mine is looking to sell her 1984 20' mako with a 130 honda 4 stroke. anyone know where to find the value of such a boat. everything is solid, has dual axle roll on galvanized trailer and the engine has very low hours. hasnt seen water in almost three years. I know its no seacraft but perhaps some help?

Thanks

Altough you saw it in it's winter beat up mode. I have it up north in Montclair for it's annual sprucing up (bottom painting, waxing, some new electronics and etc)
