Default 1970 20' Center Console Sea Craft

Recently inherited this boat in a purchase of a home in Florida. It is on blocks in the driveway under a carport. It has a 140 Suzuki. Found an invoice where it was put in the water in 2004. It is dirty but does not appear to have any serious defects. Does anyone know what it would be worth?

I'm I correct in saying the motor is a 2004 (4stroke)? Any visable cracks, soft spots, flex (transom, cap)?
I sold mine a little over a yr ago (redone '73 w/'06 175 4 stroke) for $16500. It was race ready with all the bells and whistles, brand new trailer, jack plate, spotless.
Usually, a boat like you speak of in decent to nice condition could range from $6000-9000. Now if it's a newer motor and the boat has been worked on, you may be more in the $8000-15000 or more range. Pop a pick or two and get some more details. You've come to the right place for knowledge. These guys know these boats!

I think the motor is an older 2 stroke. I have not been inside the boat because it is on blocks and I do not want to rock the boat off of the blocks. Also there is no trailer.

if the boat is blocked correctly you should be able to get in it without any concerns.

Older 2 stroke, unrestored 1970, no trailer. In todays market, 3000 to 4000.
