Default 1968 fiberCraft rebuild

This is a 1968 keys skiff that I bought on the side of the road for 500.00 and completely rebuilt.New transom, stringers, cap, fuel tank, rigging,AwlGrip, etc. All I saved was the bare hull.It took 4 months and a ton of beer, but it turned out to be a great flats skiff.

That's very cool What did you core the top deck with?
I'd imagine with the motor notched forward it would balance out much better for skinny water.

Thanks All!
Finster, everything was built with marine ply glassed on both sides.I wasn't too concerned with weight I built the boat mainly for tarpon and permit fishing(don't have to get quite as shallow as bonefish)and I am use to working with wood. She draws about 8 or 9 inches, not up to todays"technical poling skiffs"standards, but it's turned out to be a great charterboat, just what I needed.

Well done Joey! Another fine (and comfortable riding) addition to the Miller Boatworks fleet. Grab the blue seats off the Mini-Merritt and load up the igi-igi.

Thanks for the chance to fish on it as well as use the bow for photos this past week:
