Default Trailer

I have a new roller trailer for my 20CC but really like the "float On" style aluminum trailers. Any idea on trading in a trailer? Is it even worth it. Any one want to trade?

Tough call, you probably are better off with a roller trailer with a 4' tide. If you head north to Boston and get into the 8-10 tide range you'll be thankfull for it...

Uhh, how much are you lookin' for on it??

John-

I good point on the tide up in Boston. I can not sell it any time soon because it is pricless to me for moving the boat around, in and out of garage. Just winch on and off. If I were to sell/trade it it would not be for a few months at the earliest.

I did not actually buy this trailer, it came with the boat. The gentleman who owned it before me, Birdman from the hull truth, just bought it before he sold the whole package to me.

Fellowship,
If you don't mind my asking, what did you pay? I have a quote from them for 2935 as you described with a spare tire and hub, delivered to Austin, TX. Don;t know that I can do any better price-wise, and the quality looks great.

I BOUGHT A LOADMASTER TRAILER FROM TAMPA FLORIDA I LIVE IN BROWARD COUNTY FLORIDA. IT COST ME $2,650 WITH A SPARE TIRE AND ALL STAN LESS STEEL BOLTS. I DROVE OVER THERE TO PICK IT UP MYSELF IF I WOULD HAVE GOT THE TRAILER FROM A LOCAL DEALER AND NOT THE MANUFACTURER IT WOULD HAVE COST ABOUT $300-$500 MORE. I THOUGHT I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A DRIVE.

Bay Pines Seacraft gave me the name of their main trailer Co.. "Quick Load" in St. Pete, FL. My single axle alum. was $1100 and was picked up at their location. Watch the hardware, I screwed up and didn't check that the hardware was stainless. They never told me they have 2 prices one for stainless and one with the junk hardware(I'm soon replacing this rusty problem).

Fellow boaters done south:

I have to say you have it good with cheep $ on boats . trailers, up here [north] don't bend over. You know what I mean. I bought a 6400 # roller trailer for my 23.[load - rite] $4,200. p/
tax. All the hardware is already *****. I wash it off every time[not rinse]I use it .Then a friend calls me and tells me he bought one..10,000# for the same $.This one and mine came from the same place. BUT he didn't tell me that his friend works there till after i bought mine*()^#%. Anyway
it's not a yr. old . YOU couldn't buy any sst. trailer up here if you wanted to[parts], BESIDES that boat ramps here have signs saying NO POWERING OF BOATS ONTO THE TRAILER. they stand there and watch to make sure you don't.TRAYDER keep that roller............hi-ho sylver
