Default Spread em

The only weekend mid winter where it hit 85 degrees with no wind to do the outrigger install. Taco 280 holders and Gem carbon fiber poles with all the rigging was the task and it was no easy one. All in all they came out great and hope the increased spread will put more fish on the boat as I start planning trips out of Ponce during the Gulf grouper closure. With gags and offshore trolling starting May1st on the east side I’m hoping get it all figured out and spend more time on the newly refitted sled.

Friggin’ cool! I was under the impression you were not so much the rod and reel guy, glad I was wrong. I’d be happy to swap out some trips with you. Believe it or not, I have a decent amount of experience in the cockpit. Looking great. Hope you both are well.

Michael.

Mike, I grew up trolling the Gulfstream every weekend with my dad until the tide changed and then spearfished till dark. There is no fish he didn’t teach me to catch and I have never stopped. When we moved to the Gulf side the offshore trolling stopped but I have have always had a love for the Bluewater chase. You are always welcome on the boat and trips to the stream will be starting soon.

I want to go one day and learn how to cross the stream on my sceptre. Let me know if you ever need a wingman
