Default Miami Plant

I was reading some of the literature on the history of the company and the address listed in 1967 was 6300 NW 7th Ave. I had a summer job back in 1968 that was just a few blocks away from there and went through that area fairly regularly.
I can't remember ever seeing any boats or boat building there. Across the street from that address was a supermarket called Shell City that I visited on several occasions, and I either was not observant or the factory had already moved to Princeton. I read on an old post that the company was sold in May 68(in June already moved ?).
That neighborhood was getting pretty run down by 1970 and I was surprised to see on street view that the 6300 property is now part of Miami Dade College.
