I NEED them so i dont have to move the wife and kids around to ballance the boat.. i have a bit of OCD and cnat stand it if the boat is not ridding square... also for the plaining speed.. we high speed troll for wahoo and i want to be able to plain as slow as possible for fuel consuption and white water controll.. i really could have used them this week on our short boat ride in a stiff breeze on the quartering chop to push the bow down on a angle to help with the ride.. with e light 115 on the back it sits high in the water and the tank is under the deck.. i have yet to find out what size tank though... I ordered the Bennett M120 tabs for 484 shipped to my door and cant wait to get tehm installed !!

Just so it is clear, my tank started where yours was. If you have space for a port-a-pottie, then you have a ~~50 gallon tank. If it extends into that area, you have the ~~72 gallon. I put a 20 gallon and batteries up there and foam where the tank was. I have a 4 stroke 100, so I get the same range as the old motor, a 2 stroke 175.

And yes, it certainly is aggravating when the boat won't ride the way you want in a chop and wind.

for me the tabs will be used heavily when high speed trolling.. i caught my personal best wahoo at 19 or 20 mph ... but we usually pull about 12 to 16... and i Have to be LEVEL side to side or it will drive me insain !!!! lol And you helped me out with the tank size.. i have the 50 due the extra space under the console... should be plenty when i hang a 135 opti on or ETEC..

M120s will be perfect for your 20. I put mine all the way on the outside and they fit like they were made for it.

No Bones has 18" x 12" Bennets on his 20SF and it's the best riding 20 cc i've run. It rides must better than my tabless MA and planes at a much slower speed. When I add tabs they will be like his. I beleive that any boat will benefit from tabs
