Default Re: 23' inboard cruise speeds?

I usually have three people and all the gear, full tanks and cooler of ice. The motor will turn up to 4600 rpm, which it is supposed to do and turning aa 16 X 16 prop, had to have it changed a little to get the right top rpm's.
