Default 1971 Center Console 20' IO Merc V6 Sport Fish Mod

This is a classic 1971 Potter Built sea craft hull that has been sitting for a little while. The engine and IO are functional and its ready for the water with a little TLC. The trailer is in OK condition however its used and will need some work soon. This vessel has an open Florida title but the trailer needs to be titled (could get a homemade title registration if desired) The vessel has a mercury V6, year unknown but NOT (1971) original motor, out-drive is the correct model for this engine. There are no soft spots on the deck. If you don't know anything about these classic potter built hulls do some research and you will find this is a truly desirable hull design. this vessel also has a FULL transom (one of a few hundred made) and was originally built with an IO, most of these hulls were rigged for outboards and so they have the outboard cutout. This vessel is dry, stable, economical, and able to take heavy sea comfortably with
the extra bonus of having a full transom, waves over the stern become less of an issue. Also the out-drive provides for excellent fuel economy and good top end performance, and easy maintenance, if you can work on a car engine you can work on this one. straight raw water cooling combines the use of seawater cooling so no water jacket issues! Gas tank is plastic and easy to access and remove, roughly 30-35 gallons.
