Default Another tank

Well as a proud new owner of a 1975, 23' Sceptre inboard I'm in tank replacement mode. The old tank is out an suprisingly the tank "well" is in good shape. I'm curious though about what has been experinced with this well. I found this one to be tight, all glassed in. The tank was swimming in a sea of water, fuel and saturated foam. Yes the tank had failed. The tank was about 75 gallons in capacity.

Based on proximity, Luthers in RI may get my business. I intend to shrink the tank just a bit for ease of installation and to allow for some additional supports above the tank and bellow the now flimsy deckplate that covers the well.

Now the question: Haysite is listed in Pascoe's article as the material below the tank. Where can a boater purchase this material or similar fiber reinforced plastic? Are we sure about mixing the 5200 with one of these plastics? I think I have even seen Lexan mentioned as well.
