Default Livewell install insulation

I have a solid 30gal. livewell that needs insulation. What are my options? Is there a spray that would be applied then shaped to fit the transom and inside curvature or are there better solutions? Any help much appreciated. Thx

I've always built a vertical PVC pipe with larger holes at the top, ascending toward the bottom to smaller holes. The vertical row pointed to flow around the inside circumference. Bottom of pipe ~ 1" or so from bottom of drum. Holler if you want a picture.
