Default New Project 23 Sceptre 23 1978 I/O

She has great bones but will need some work for sure. She is staying I/O She will get a 383 Stroker with a moderate cam, electronic ignition and threw Hull exhaust. I am not sure I will invest in a bravo drive. I am sure a Alpha 1 Gen 2 with the right gears and prop will do fine. I will post pictures along the way. Best thing is I got her for free on CList with a clean Florida title and all matching numbers. I am the second owner of this one.
