Default Seacraft 23 CC

I am going to be looking at a Seacraft 23 CC in the next couple of days. If you could please help me out regarding important areas around the boat for the pre buy would be of great help. I understand Hull, Transom, Engine, tank and deck are major.

Is there anyway of finding out the condition of the stringers?

If deck soft spots signs were to be found? What amount of money am I expecting?

Thanks,
Alex

The stringers are all fiberglass, so not much to worry about there.
