Don't let National Marine Fisheries see you taking that many scalloped, they'll declare it "Over Fished" and cut your harvest by 60% so they can give 1/2 to the Commercial Sector. (Even if there is no Bay Scallop Commercial Sector)

I believe it is on on the 22nd for two weeks thru labor day. In st Joe bay just west of Apalachicola...please correct me if I'm wrong...it hard to follow all these new closure areas.... maximum 200 scallops...per vessel...I think that they should harvest later in the season as to many small ones are taken early
