Biscayne bay fising threatened?

Don't know much about Florida fishing in Biscayne bay,and some of you may be aware of this,but I figured it wouldn't hurt to post it for your info,especially for the Florida guys. I think problems like this will only get worse in the future,not only for Florida but everywhere, especially with the crop of loons currently in charge.
