Bird is in the hanger stuffed with mirepoix, tangerines, bouquet garni, and rosemary. Stock reducing. Stuffing with sausage, apples, and sage fell out of the ginormous bowl and into the fire. Sliced yams are marinating and awaiting their time on the grill. Garic bulbs roasting, waiting for yukon mash and dillweed. I`ve blown through two pounds of Plugra and I`m not even finishing the sauce yet. My mother made tasty gravy, but there is no greater pleasure than finely crafted sauce. Calvados to finish, monter a beurre. The smell of the cranberry confit is killing me. Gotta dip more digits. Acorn squash plumping on the grill.
Ah the smell of it.
Cheers,
Sandy

Ying Dang, Sandman, I can smell it from here! Emeril's got nothing on you... Sounds like you're set. Happy Thankgiving! - Gillie

Thanks Gillie,
That was the highlight of the day. The lowlight was waking up to a dead refrigerator.

Drag. Remove the grill below the door and check for excess condensation in drip tray and especially for dust bunnys suffocating the condenser tubes/air filter/exchange. #1 cause of fridges freakin' out. Hope that's all it is 'cause you've got left overs to die for...waste not, want not!

Dead compressor. Rosners had a black Friday sale. Free pickup and delivery. One call that`s all. Cheaper than home creepo, and hit the deck noon yesterday. Console coolers come in handy. Fishbox just for beer and wine. Gonna try and play with sails tomorrow.

Spidey,
Your fully fleshed out character can find it at the counter between the fatback and possum innards.
Is it true that your little cousin`s water broke during grace again?
