Default Tsunami Prime etc.

Well..decided to start a thread on the Tsunami..
filled, sanded and filled some more on the hull sides only. And got one coat of primer on (using the roll only method). Had to fill small pinholes and minor scuff marks that showed up with first prime coat..only three more prime coats and then I will move on with finish.
I decided to go with Pettit Easypoxy Ocean Blue for hullside topcoat and I am using Pettit Easypoxy undercoater for primer. Just cant spray etc and I have grown comfortable with one part poly, especially touching up if needed.
I am going to follow Denny's "Bushwacker" approach for the bottom but will go with topcoat of Pettit VIVID in a white.
Here are a few pics..
I also installed the side glass...thats about it for now..nothing exciting yet.
Some pics...I apologize for the size
-Fred

That's gonna be a honey, Fred. Keep them bigger pics coming... I can barely see the type these days.

That's sweet that the former owner did so much finish work, that will save some sanding time. Very cool...

Gillie he really did quite a bit of finish work...especially topside..so just a matter of doing some more light fairing topside and then prime and put back on all accessories etc.!!!
Bottom will be the real kicker though!!!

Pigs butt Fred!!
Never, ever set a deadline!
It will be done, when it is done....
Just stay focused, and when you see a deal on anything you
need, seize the opportunity........

Trust me, I have been down this road more than once.

See ya, Ken

Ken,
Ok mabey not 3 months..I am trying to appease the wife!!!
We should be finishing up at the same time
My wife gets all uptight if a boat sits too long...I'm taking up the driveway, killing the grass and the inlaws have to park on the street (boohoo) ..so I said only three more months....also hiding packages in the garage...got 2 packages yesterday and thank goodness the nanny(no she is not from Sweden )hid them for me!!!! (but thats another topic previously discussed!!!)...tracking packages on line at work is very helpful and gives me the heads up of when I have to call my house! - I need about five acres with a gate..minus the darned neighbors and code enforcement...hell not on my salary..time to move up your way!!!!Times sure have changed..even for us younger FL natives.
Looking forward to more of your "TANK" pics
-Fred
