Two weeks out. Julie and I will arrive late on Friday. She can't take the day off, but I'll be packed and ready to leave when she gets home. We decided to pack clothes this year.

We had tons of food last year for the Saturday evening gala. Do we want to attempt to plan a menu, or just do the free for all thing again?

I've already got with Danny on this and to help with keeping the food easy to eat for the Saturday evening feast I'm bringing enough paper plates, plastic ware, paper towels, napkins, plastic cups, bowls, etc. for everyone. Last year we had tons of food, however a little short on utensils.
