Hopefully the eye of the storm moves over you guys today for a momentary break from that wind.

It was a tough "2 day" this year....
Most of my favorite places on the Atlantic were
either covered up by grass or a bunch of short bugs!
The wind had been blowin' for weeks prior which many of you
know keeps things cloudy for diving.
Here are a few pics from the Bug-BQ last night!

Lil Kenny, with a fresh Hog Snapper with Capt. Denny!

Denny with our unexpected Dove guest..

Lil Kenny got paid a visit as well

Myself with a little 1 on 1

Carl & Jeanne with #1 son!!! Carla in background..

A big thanks to Dave & Julie (Blue Heron) with the extra bugs and Mac & cheese...
Sandy (GFS) for the perfection grilling of the bugs..
Denny for keeping us all straight!
Skip & Carla for puttin' up with us bozo's for 4 days!!
Always good to see Carl & Jeanne...

There is always next year!!
We had a great time

See ya, Ken

Danny,
This was Fri 7:15am.

Friday we went down to Bud n Mary`s. One of the Stanczyk brothers was going to the other side. He was well oiled from the night before. They pioneered daytime deep dropping for swordies.

What was the name of the store with this neat aquarium?

Big Bone.

SeaCrafts are everywhere.

My friend Brian got bitten by a suspected stone crab while reaching into a trap for bugzz. No pic.....sorry Charlie.

Great to meet Dan and Julie aka Blue Heron {great mac n cheese}. Always great sharing klnowledge and techniques.

Skip and Carla have been busy making Carl and Jeanne proud.

So nice to see the founders and chat about the early days.

The conditions were challenging. The hosts were awesome. The memories priceless.

Thanks,
GFS

Thanks to Skip and Carla for hosting a very nice get together. It was a pleasure to finally meet Carl and Jeanne, and the food was without equal. Sandy did an absolutely perfect job cooking the bugs.
