Anyone have friends with folks in the Ramada kitchen? I make a mean Vongole sauce.

Mmm, Moose clams.

How many are we now?

Cheers,

Maybe something like the sauce Carrabas does on their Mussels would be nice

somebody mentioned it but this is getting long, maybe Danny could put the reservation info on top of a new one and start over cleaner

If we want to get around posting up cell #s on the open net, I will put together an excel spreadsheet for all who are coming. Just PM or email me your info and I will send out updates once a week to all who respond. If anyone wishes to participate that way my email is [email protected]

Also, if you don't have excel on your computer I can update you with a word document if you prefer.

I like to cook and if there is a common area by the dock I can get a lot done done with my propane burner. Depending on the size of the crowd and the facilities I could certainly handle beer steamed batches as well as some sauté recipes as well. Keep me in Margarita's and I will cook all night.

Just sent Moose my info and made a recomendation to include where you are coming from so if people wanted to travel together for safety or assitance during travel... Not sure of how far anyone is awy but i will be trailering down from the Florida / Alabama line on the coast... and will have a leaning post i am bringing down for JorgenMiami from Pharm in Ocean Springs, MS... I will be replacing my tires and bearings on my trailer so i am hoping it is a smooth run there and back... i will be taking 19 down as it is just as fast as going over to I 75 i think and was a nice run down this past july with no trafic when came thru in the overnight hours ...
