Jeanne thought she was the better cat racer.
Jeanne was in this race. She came around, saw Carl and stopped. Carl said I`m fine, now keep going. Carl got tossed out of the boat. A portion of the rub rail had come off and the cat was circling. He swam to the boat, grabbed the rail and that is the pic you see. |

Not Carl's first mancard
One story from Carla if I am remembering correctly instead of ditching his plane in the ocean in WWII at night as instructed which would jeopardize thr lives of most of the injured guys he was transporting, he asked they line the runway with jeeps with their headlights on where he safely landed. With two circumnavigations to his credit, among other adventures, there surely are others.
