Get out! They buy surplus stuff from boat builders, who are they going to sell to!

Just went to their site. You can buy online, unless there is something I didn't see...

Starboard won't adhere to any resin. Thats why he said PVC board. I glassed Ply in my re-wire. Three layers of glass and resin in the screw holes...I think it'll be okay for a while.
As for running wiring up front, I used 1" pvc for bow lights and future windlass wiring.
