Hey GFS, do yourself a favor replace with these when needed, or just get 'em now.

That's what I use. Works well.

You can still blow them off or ruin the rear seal if you put too much grease inside (all too personal experience). End game on the highway is no bearings left between the axle and wheel(if you are lucky and it stays on) and a lot of smoke. Gets interesting.

Very good Sandy!!! Stainless caps is the way to go. Yeah they are about $6, however it's a one time cost versus a bunch of the cheapies!! I'm with Conner on not using too much grease, before I tow long distances I pull the rubber cover on the Posi Lube caps, have a look for no water, pump grease just until it squeezes out of the outer bearing and done! No more grease is needed.

Pulled out our camping gear and dusted it off today ... It's been too long since it was last used at our last gathering!

Time is approaching ... Yeah! Good time ahead!

Chuck didn`t reserve the Boom Boom Room? Why are we bringing so many boats again?

Because we love it.

Cheers,

I'm thinking the "boom boom room" at Snappers back in 2009 did not have an air mattress as part of the Five-Star Keys resort experience!!! Soooo.....Capt. Chuck will need to be careful and tone it down in the Long Point's ground level "boom boom room", so as not to have the big air mattress Ka-BOOM!!

Don't be like Tiger.......

"Get a room", or in this case - a tent! Carla's right, good times are right around the corner! We took another run on the Sceptre today. Windy day on Tampa Bay. GFS- We may need a new award - The broken axle award.
