Default Buh-Bye COVID...CSC Gatherings 2021 POLL Here We Go...

Brothers of our fabled SeaCraft boats......the time has come once again to turn our attentions to a more enjoyable pursuit-getting together to stare at our boats, discuss fiberglass itching, catch/spear/gather our food sources, build a big fire, and finally eat well and tell multiple lies about our boating experiences and general talent levels! We are all in need of bugging out of our safe places and generally letting loose.

We have new 27's,23's,20's, and 18's that need to be broken in, new outboards to be broken in, and many new CSC brothers that will step up and deliver their MAN CARD this year. We all have learned in 2020 that we only live once. Now is the time to put that man card in an old timey photo copier and hit the enlarge button to 200%!

Who is in for a spring gathering, summer Bahamas trip, and a fall west coast kick back gathering???? The poll will help you answer that loaded question....

Tight lines, brothers.....

Well with Covid20 on the horizon and gas going to $5 a gallon by spring and my scheduled thought reprogramming classes in May, might make my appearance questionable....
Must obey all commands for compliance.

Selling fossil fuel burning vessel for a late model Kayak.
Hopefully a two seater. If it is permissible..

I really enjoyed the scalloping trip however I agree with Sandy here. River Palm was a very easy spot, especially if you had your boat with you, and a really nice place to stay for the gathering and five days in Grand Key/Cay is really high on my To-Do List.

Our daughter is getting married sometime in the end of June and we will be completely so a crossing for us is just not in the cards for us this year. We would be interested in a a couple of trips but the boss is insistent that we stay in a pet friendly place so I will have to make those arrangements depending on what is chosen.

Even though it's local for us, I would also propose that the scallop trip be considered during this year's Red Snapper season. Gags open June first so it would be a good trip for filling the freezer and providing one hell of a fish fry.

I believe Homosassa and Steinhatchee are the two locales that have hotels w/docks and scallops. Not sure on offshore fishing/spearing. I think Hernando Beach and Crystal River have limited options - maybe Vezo can comment on HB. I’d be happy to scout’em if any interest.

As long as we can slap a SeaCraft decal on the sides!! We just need 1 SC vessel representing Area 442!

Rybones-Looks like River Palm is a solid vote so far....once you run to Grand Cay, the Abacos extended trip will be next.

Ken-Congrats on your daughter getting married! We have your official spot waiting for you on the Bahamas run in 2022....That West Coast of FL plan sounds like it’s got traction already.
