After doing terminations at the Turkey point power house hrs ago Where they would not allow any insulated terminals due to quality concerns with crimping and possable damage to the insulation . I’m a fan of non insulated terminals and then heat shrink after the crimp(or solder) is done. Over the yrs in the electrical trade I’ve seen far to many “crimps” made buy incorrect tools not properly crimping the terminal causing the termination to fail
