Default 18sf splashwell

On the fence of closed transom and bracket considering doing a starboard splashwell with piano hinge and putting the old pingpong scuppers over my drains. And possibly adding some plugs in my splash well drain if i get water in floor any pics of this or ideas dont like the huge ones ive seen

Can't remember the thread title but the transom was raised 1-3" with pvc board. My current operating sled has a 20" shaft and gets water over the transom when on the drift, stern to. That's how I fish.

I plan on doing this until I get the 23 tsunami done.
