Don had made a mold for it. Might be worth asking him if he still has the mold or what happened to it. I'm sure Joel Shine, who's just a little further north of Don, could easily make one for you if he had the mold.

I have an original splash well for my Master Angler.
I do plan on using it, but am willing to have someone make a mold off of it.

I know it's something that is wanted

Thanks much, but its npt cost affective to make a mold. I did talk to Don & he had no interest. I am hoping someone has one they would sell. I know the cost to ship it would be a lot but I would like to hear from anyone who will part with one. Very Respectfully Fritz

I believe the raised splashwell tub (like the one pictured below) that you're looking for fits only the early Moesly/Potter 20' CC/Seafari/Sceptre models with the seats at the transom. Instead of seats, the MA and later CC models made by Tracker have full height storage boxes/bait wells at the transom and just a transom gate between them, so it's a totally different setup, much like that on the 18.

Here is the thread about the mold that Don Herman made from one back in 2012.

I also have me on my 78 Seafari. Since I'm in the North East mine will be stuck in storage for some time e every. I'd be willing as well since mine will be under stored for a few months anyways.

I stated typing before Bushwackers response. However the offer still stands for those with Potter's. A modular mold may be possible to fit other configurations.
