You can use one off a CC as well. I did. Just can't use the recessed ones that some have.

I have a bunch of the fittings. Base plate fittings, wyes, etc. Just let me know if you need them. For free, just cover shipping.

Eh - i've got an all welded stainless bowrail from my 23 CC project.........however, i'm in MD and i don't think it's possible to ship it.

For what it's worth, there is a fair amount of flex in these things. I was able to lash mine to the roof rack on my Jeep Cherokee.

I really love my all welded version. I think it is much nicer and worth the effort to try to find a reasonable way to ship it or pick it up if you can and are unable to find one closer to home.
