I HATE SPIRIT AIRLINES !!!!!
My wife was visiting my daughter in Boston tha last few days and was to return today.
She arrived at the airport at least 1:15 before flight time to find tha counter closed and the ticket kiosk would not issue a boarding pass. There were 4 others in the same boat. I called the Spirit Air "customer service" number turns out they are in India. the 3 guys on the other send (I think they were one in the same) were telling me how she was a no show and I forfeited the ticket. I explanened to them how they could tell FROM INDIA they there was someone at the counter. After much back and forth I'm SOL with them. It was clearly the fault of the airline but they will not own up to anything. They finally told me to "get a note" from the ticket counter saying they had closed early...what a joke.. like someone at spirit is going to volenteer cutting out early. THEY NOW WANT ME TO PURCHASE A 1 WAY FOR $300+ FOR TOMORROW I WILL NEVER FLY THAT AIRLINE AGAIN. |
