Default 1977 20' SeaCraft SF, 2 owner boat very original!

1977 Sea Craft 20’ SF center console; Potter-built hull 1991 150 Yamaha est 300 hrs!

The Story:
I purchased this boat from the Original Owner, my parents’ neighbor. I'm lucky to have have known the boat for 25 of my 36 years, and I know for a fact that it has never sat in the water overnight. This SeaCraft has hung on davits for 33 years! This boat is extrordinarily original. There has been but one engine change in the early 90's. Hours on boat & motor are low, as the owner has two residences. Every year for 30 years he has come down to Florida and the SAME MECHANIC had serviced the boat that entire time. Neighbor Mike split his time between Sarasota FL & Connecticut so this boat was used for maybe 6 months per year, serviced twice yearly every year, and generally well maintained. A brand new 150 Yamaha was installed in 1991 and probably has under 300 hours. It literally runs like brand new.
I do not fish this boat, is a family beach cruiser. I have spent many hours & lots of $$ to make this a safe platform for my 2 young children. It is bulletproof, turn key and absolutely reliable. My family & I do not hesitate to run this boat anywhere, anytime. Selling only to finish restoration of my beloved 20’ Bertram.

Read on below photo

Gelcoat/hull:
Original, in good condition. Some nicks & scratches, some spider cracks. No crazing or blisters. Top cap of deck repainted, bowrail removed & holes filled. Still have orginal bowrail. The deck has a small soft spot on the stbd side next to console only. The transom is original but there is no flex or issues that I have seen in 3 yrs of regular use. New cleats & deck hardware. Custom SeaCraft vinyl logos.

Engine:
Sweet 1991 150 Yamaha is the heart & soul of this boat. This package is literally
TURN-KEY and needs nothing to use and enjoy. Mechanical inspection welcome, nothing to hide. Incredible power, idles perfectly, top end high 40’s. New trim pump last year ($750 installed!).

Electrical:
completely rewired with tinned wire, heat shrink
Jensen CD stereo with 4 speakers
New custom-designed dash panel, all new switches & wiring. New key switch panel as well with 2 12v outlets.
(2) new batteries, one is an Optima
VHF antenna
bow & stern lights
LED courtesy lighting
(2) new bilge pumps 750 & 1500 gph
I replacd the old bilge pump & wiring with 2 new pumps. One is a Rule 750 with a built-in switch. This now resides as low & deep as I could get it and will serve to evacuate normal water from the bilge. The second pump is a Rule 1500 mounted next to a Sensa-switch electronic pump switch on a wedge shaped piece of pressure treated wood, raised up from the level of the small pump a good 3 inches. The PT has 3 coats of epoxy resin and is glued to the hull with an epoxy filler-type material. I have run new wires neatly to the dual battery setup, and to the new negative buss bar I installed near the batteries.

Other:
New SeaStar Hydraulic steering, helm & Edson-style steering wheel with knob.
Gas tank has been replaced at some point, I have no specific details but no fuel smell or other indications of problems.
New water pressure gauge
(2) new bilge pumps 750 & 1500 gph

Original full cushion set, bimini top & boot garage kept for 33 years. A couple cushions need minor repair from a recent rodent incident. Console & motor cover as well.

No trailer but can deliver locally or assist with shipping.

$6500.
Please call Jeff at 941-350-1964.
