Drain Plug locations for 1977 23 CC

I recently got this boat.

To me it looks like I need four drain plugs up top (two in the stern of the deck, and 1 each for the two compartments up front) & plus the obvious one in the bottom of the transom.

Quick question. In the left and right corners on the bottom of the boat (in the stern) there are two other holes. Am I suppose to use drain plugs on these as well? Also, where do i then get my water for the salt water wash down?
