I am guessing that the boat should do close to 60 miles per hour and that she sucks down around 1.4 miles of gas per gallon (if that).

I have twin 200 0X66's and probably average around 1.7+ miles per gallon.

Good thing gas is going to be so cheap this summer.

I would think a bit more than that. The boat came out of the factory with twin 235 evenrudes and topped out at 74mph. So with twin consumer racing 250's, set up properly, I'm thinking it should do 80+ mph.
