I've adopted a new approach that I have found to run fairly true -

"It's easier to applogize than it is to ask for permission"

It seems you can re-print articles as long as you have all the credits and who originally printed it included.

As Finster stated, if it is used in context, given credit as to the original source, and used for non-commercial, editorial, and educational purposes, I think you are in the clear.

I got a call from Mike at Wildfire about the article but the hurricane clean-up has kept me from making it 3 miles over there to see it! something to look forward to I guess

Great article!!!
It sheds a little light on something I was trying to get across on another post, but it came out wrong. I have no disrespect for Potter, and the potter era boats, but I think Moesly was one of the most influential people designing, building, and constructing boats in the history of the industry. I know a few people that worked with Moesly/SeaCraft early on when the SeaCraft/Merc connection just started. They really brought these boats, and the industry light years ahead. Some of the stuff they was really out there for it's time. My opinions where based on conversations and "war stories" that I had heard over at my mechanics shop (former rigger for seacraft during the moesly era). It was nice to have a less "colorful", but more complete article.
