Default Thought I Smelled Gas..

So I smelled a fuel odor yesterday on my 18' and decided to investigate today. What I found was unbelievable. This fuel filler hose is absolutely shredded. Glad I took the time to look. Has anyone ever seen fuel hose do this before??

Wow!! that is serious deterioration. Have had a few fill hoses become brittle and crack after many years, but never saw anything like this.
