on the window weights I have two that are about 6.5lbs, about 1 5/8" diameter and a bunch that are about 12 lbs 6oz and 1 7/8" diameter.
The short ones are about 14*15". The big ones are about 22".

Stainless propshafts from large inboard boats make the very best deep drop weights. They don't get rusty and stain the boat as well.
If you shop around the commercial boat yards you can find some damaged or bent shafts pretty cheap considering what they are.
