Give the guy a break, he got some bad advice from someone, im sure he will be looking around here soon enough for some help, then we can bust his balls a little. But seriously I have read a bunch of his posts on florida sportsman, seems like a good dude and a good fisherman.

here's where the problem comes in at:

somebody sees the frankenstein he created, that person believes,as he,it's gonna work like a champ-and,the enevitable occurs-failure,but,this time, someone gets killed...kinda drops the hammer huh ?
i've read all sorts of "interesting" ways to do stuff-never have i ever stated anywhere,my way is the only way.what i've stated is,there's accepted ways of doing things-follow the accepted ways of doing things, and you'll never get yourself in trouble...it's kinda like building your own space shuttle-get what i'm saying...

He really lost it on this one.
I've read a bunch of his posts on Florida Sportsman as well and admired his low budget, hardcore approach.
I always thought that seabird with the arneson was neat too.
Wish he would have stuck with that setup and saved enough money to put an efi small block in it. Too bad.
I can't believe someone would spend the money on Awlgrip to paint that mess.
