Payment via transaction ID # 55H25090V2020561D
SEACRAFT 23 "Savage" CENTER CONSOLE with Leaning Post, and Tee Top Truly a “DREAM COME TRUE” package -- all the hard work is done! > Professionally restored during 2011-2012. > Ready for YOUR power. > Full Transom model that is set up (and reinforced) for an outboard bracket. See for yourself... 50 plus photos, detailing the process at: http://s810.photobucket.com/albums/z...Seacraft%2023/ The Seacraft Savage model: > Combines a center console with a cuddy cabin, even has a head. > OEM center console, Tee-Top, and Leaning Post were painted, restored and added. Full Disclosure note ..... Once I was a Tsunami, now I am a ..."Savage" ! > My boat was born in 1974, as a Tsunami with an OMC V-8 stringer out drive. > I found it 2 ˝ years ago and bought her from the 2nd owner.. > Yes, sometimes we luck-out (1st power)! ... Then the “fun” began! Restoration process: Phase 1 during 2011 > The old, good running FWC engine was sold to a waterman here in MD, and the OMC outdrive went to EBay heaven! > The transom was completely replaced, all new, gunnel to gunnel, top to bottom, we reused the original glass skin. > Transom is very dry, solid and has reinforcing knees from the old engine bed to the transom. The decks are solid as well! > The bottom was completely soda blasted, coated with Interlux Intershield and Interlux Bottomkote. > The top-sides were sanded (a lot !!), primed with Awlgrip 545, and professionally painted with Awlcraft 2000 in Oyster white from the water line to rubrail. Restoration Process: Phase 2 during 2012 > In June 2012 I had the opportunity to buy a 1985 SeaCraft 20's OEM center console, and matching custom made Tee-Top and Leaning Post. ...See statement above “sometimes we luck-out (squared)”. > A restored 23 Tsumani plus an original SeaCraft center console EQUALS .... a 23 "SAVAGE” !!! > Yes, I know I am guilty of changing a "perfectly good Tsunami” and I admit it, and am proud of it! ...and I had to do it, see OMC stringer drive I/O above. > I doubt I have to tell anyone here (on this site) the virtues and value of a center console 23 Seacraft … ........ especially one with a head (for mama) in the cuddy cabin! > We tried very hard, and were successful (plus/minus an inch or so) in matching the Savage specs. Thanks again ClassicSeaCraft.com > The center console, Tee-Top, and leaning post were painted, restored and added. The deck was also repainted. > The flush hatch was made over the engine box, giving room to fish behind the leaning post. > The hinged, but shorted engine box was reused to give access to the transom. > The 2nd Owner had just installed (circa 2010) a new 50+ gallon aluminum fuel tank. See statement above “sometimes we luck-out (cubed)” It is not installed (but is included) since we would have had to remove the live well in the console seat to fit it (so it will be the next owner's choice). A future additional 50 gallon tank could also be installed in area forward of the console, in the below deck storage locker.... A 1997 Venture tandem axle, galvanized, roller trailer, brakes with title is part of package.
