Default replacing stringers and deck

i am soon to be cutting off the entire deck and removing stringers and transom. i got screwed on this boat being the first one i bought and didnt know what to look for before i bought it.

so i felt a soft spot towards the front of the boat right infront of the center console and sure enough i cut it out and the stringers were so rotten they almost looked like mud. so now i am trying to figure out the process of rebuilding this boat.

i am trying to find out if i can do all this work while the boat is on the trailer. and also what to do first. remove and replace the transom first or the stringers. thanks for all the input and help that yall will be giving me in advance and i will post more pics as i get ready to do this project.

would it be better just to have a professional do this? i do consider myself above average in handyman work..

thanks
