Default 18' Prop help needed and Intro.

Hi to All-
Just joined this week. (Can you tell I've got cabin fever??)
I like winter and snow, but not this year.
Bought my 1989 18' last fall. It's a beauty.
I'm the third owner and the guy I bought it from was the first to put bottom paint on. It has the original Tracker Evinrude 110 (90 degree)that runs sweet. It starts right up and idles smooth. Howevr, the idle rpm according to the tach , is almost 1,500 in neutral. It does'nt sound like it's that high. I'll have to verify the tach this spring. I only had chance to take it out once last year and noticed my revs were high. In fact it appears that it's so under proped I don't think I can just get a size or two to correct. (Plenty of throttle left and approaching 6K)Prop looks new so I gather the previous owner put it on. (13-1/4 x 17- Alu. -3 blade)My question is: Does anyone have a similar setup so I can get a starting point for the right prop? Don't have the bucks to be buying props left and right. Could my tach be off that much? I also plan on going to a 4 blade prop.
Many thanks in advance.

_Alex
